Susanna Antico Lighting Design Studio is a Lighting Design practice, involved in architectural, artistic, urban and environmental lighting projects.
The practice focuses on the creation of secure, attractive, inviting and comfortable night-time public spaces as well as defined nocturnal identities for the built environment in parallel to research and education regarding lighting and its interaction with human perception in the built environment.
The philosophy of the practice is that lighting should be felt and not seen.
The lighting design schemes of the built environment are considered added values, in harmony and integration with the environment to be lit. They are designed taking into consideration human perception, clients’ strategies, state-of-the-art technologies, norms, standards and latest sustainability requirements.
